As of 11:06 KST, 22 cameras are streaming live in Seoul.
Seoul sits in a basin on the Han River, ringed by low mountains, with about half the country living in the wider metropolitan area. The river runs through the middle of the city and most of these cameras look at it or across it, from Yeouido and Banpo to Namsan and the old palace district. Street level cameras in Hongdae, Seongsu and Samcheong-dong show a different side, and those are busiest in the evening. Korean time is nine hours ahead of UTC, so Seoul is already tomorrow for most of Europe and the Americas.
