This camera looks out over Nowon in northeastern Seoul from the slope of Bulamsan. Nowon is a largely residential district built out in the 1980s, and from this height the apartment blocks read as a grid running toward the centre of the city. On clear days the view carries a long way across the northern half of Seoul.
