Banpo Bridge crosses the Han River between Seocho and Yongsan, and the lower deck, Jamsu Bridge, floods and closes when the river runs high. The bridge carries the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain, a line of nozzles along both sides that sprays water outward in a lit arc. It runs on a schedule in the warmer months, several times each afternoon and evening.

The fountain runs April to October, not in winter. Evening shows are lit.
